IBM Watson was looking for a social media campaign promoting their hashtag WATSONANALYTICS. I was asked to design something fresh that would expand their brand standards and stand out in social feeds.

After reviewing social media channel output for both the client and competitors, I designed three different approaches, keeping in mind that they were looking for something unique, illustrative, and striking. The result was the following:

Ultimately, the client chose the more simplistic outline icon approach that could be used with all their style guide colors/options, while giving them more flexibility with the content.
